Exhibition Notice:

Welcome to this exhibition. Please read this notice carefully, and we will be dedicated to serving you.

1. Booth arrangement principle: register first, pay first, arrange first.

2. Within three days from the date of signing the receipt form, all exhibition fees will be remitted to the organizing committee. If the deadline is exceeded, the organizing committee has the right to cancel their participation qualification.

3. Exhibitors must be legal production or sales enterprises registered with the relevant competent authorities of the People's Republic of China. When registering for exhibition, they must submit copies of their "business license", "production license", "hygiene license" and other documents with official seals. For imported food, they must submit copies of relevant inspection and quarantine certificates and food qualification certificates with official seals of the distribution unit. The organizer without the above documents has the right to refuse entry to the exhibition site for trade.

4. Exhibitors must comply with the relevant regulations of the exhibition, strictly prohibit counterfeit and inferior food, expired and spoiled food, and goods that infringe on others' trademarks and intellectual property rights from entering the site for trading. Once discovered, they will be dealt with seriously, and those with serious circumstances will be handed over to law enforcement departments for handling. The results of the exhibition are at your own risk, and products unrelated to this exhibition (such as belts, bags, clothing, toys, accessories, calligraphy and painting, etc.) shall not be exhibited.

5. Once all booths are sold, returns, exchanges, and transfers are prohibited. The exhibited products must be consistent with those listed in the "Exhibition Application Form", and sharing is prohibited. If there is any unauthorized transfer, sharing, or sharing, the organizing committee has the right to cancel the exhibition qualification of the enterprise and impose a ban on the exhibition, and the economic losses shall be borne by the enterprise.

6. After paying the exhibition fee, all participating companies are required to collect their "Booth Card". The "Booth Card" is the only identification document for this trade fair and can be used to collect all other documents. If this card is lost, it will not be replaced. Please keep it safe for participating companies.

7. Strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the exhibition hall and the relevant requirements of the organizing committee, promote civilized participation and honest transactions.

8. The organizing committee has the right to make corresponding changes and adjustments to the relevant matters of this event.

9. Exhibitors shall strictly follow the regulations of the exhibition hall and shall not damage the venue facilities.

10. Indoor audio should not exceed 45 decibels. If exceeded, the organizing committee will dismantle the audio equipment and hand it over to the exhibition hall for safekeeping or implement power outage. Any economic and legal consequences caused shall be borne by oneself.

11. No fights, brawls, or gatherings are allowed at the venue. Otherwise, the organizing committee will remove them from the venue, and in serious cases, they will be transferred to the public security department for handling.
